Accreditation is required in order to benefit from the services described below. Written requests must be submitted at least seven days prior to the intended visit. A confirmed editorial assignment is required. Each application is reviewed individually.
Accreditation requests are accepted and processed on a rolling basis via this form.

Several weeks before the Festival begins, an accreditation call is sent to our registered media contacts. To ensure inclusion in this mailing list, we kindly invite you to register here.

Requests submitted at short notice can be accommodated only subject to availability.

Accredited media representatives will receive one ticket per concert. Tickets are subject to availability.

A press ticket does not grant permission to take photographs or make audio or video recordings during performances. The Festival appoints professional photographers to document all events.

High-resolution images for editorial use are available upon request. Please contact the Festival’s PR department directly at this contact. All image material provided may be used exclusively for editorial coverage and must be properly credited.
Interview requests with artists, as well as access to rehearsals or backstage areas, are coordinated exclusively through the communications department. We kindly ask for advance notice to ensure optimal scheduling and coordination.

As a general principle, the Festival covers the cost of one night’s accommodation in a single room including breakfast (tourist tax included) at one of our official partner hotels.

Additional food and beverage expenses are borne by the accredited media representatives.

In cases of planned extensive or prominent coverage, exceptions to these guidelines may be considered subject to prior agreement with the communications department.

For media representatives travelling from abroad, the Festival may contribute to travel expenses. To ensure smooth processing, anticipated travel costs must be communicated prior to departure. Based on this information, the communications department will determine the extent of the Festival’s contribution. Reimbursement will be made upon presentation of original receipts.

Contributions to domestic travel expenses within Switzerland may be considered in exceptional cases and subject to prior agreement.

During your stay, the following options are available:
– Complimentary use of public transportation with the Gstaad Card
– Hotel shuttle service (subject to availability and prior arrangement)

Individual parking or valet services are not included in the accreditation benefits.

Travel and accommodation expenses for accompanying persons are not covered.
